ILOILO City – A man with a pending arrest warrant for reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury and damage to property turned himself in to the San Miguel police station yesterday.
Emmanuel Arellano, 36, of the town’s Barangay Santo Niño went to the police station around 9:45 a.m.
The court recommended a bail amounting to P30,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
