ILOILO City – A regional trial court (RTC) ordered the arrest of a resident of Barangay Tuburan, Janiuay, Iloilo charged with domestic violence.
Police served Wilfredo Bello, 53, with an arrest warrant on Bonifacio Drive, this city.
Judge Lorifel Lacap Pahimna of RTC Branch 69 (Taguig City) issued the warrant for the crime of violation of Republic Act 9262, and set the bail at P24,000.
Bello was detained at Police Station 1 after his arrest around 10:30 a.m. on July 18./PN
