BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Orong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental died after the motorcycle he was driving crashed into on-road railings.
Michael Calumba, 22, had head and body injuries. He was taken to a hospital but was declared “dead on arrival.”
His back rider — 38-year-old Joshua Emperado of the same barangay — was injured and hospitalized.
