ILOILO City – A man was shot before dawn yesterday in Barangay Talon, Roxas City.
The 35-year-old Ronald Borbon of Barangay Balijuagan, Roxas City died while being rushed to the Capiz Emmanuel Hospital.
He was shot around 1 a.m., police said.
As of this writing, the suspect remained unidentified.
Investigators were also still trying to determine what gun was used on Borbon./PN
