ROXAS City – A couple was found dead in their house in Sitio Ilawod, Barangay Dinginan here early morning yesterday.
Relatives found them dead. The wife, Ma. Lorena Villasorca, was on the bed while the husband, 64-year-old Melvin, was hanging from the ceiling of their room.
Initial police investigation showed the wife may have been strangled by the husband before he hanged himself.
The couple had a two-year-old child.
Relatives were alarmed after spotting the child playing alone outside their locked house. They decided to forcibly enter the house after the couple failed to respond to their knockings./PN
