ROXAS City – Three persons were caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Tiza, a police report showed.
The operation, which the Capiz Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit staged, led to the arrest of the 30-year-old Cindy Fuentes and Ryan Benid, 35, both of Barangay Libas, and the 39-year-old Glenn Bingaura of Barangay Loctugan on Monday.
The suspects were arrested in a motel room after they sold shabu to an undercover officer for P2,140.
Recovered from the suspects were six sachets of shabu, a cellphone and drug paraphernalia, police said,.
The suspects were detained at the Roxas City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
