ILOILO City – His neighbor hacked him to death, police said.
The 27-year-old Jay Gamer of Barangay Mapili, San Enrique, Iloilo did not survive after being hacked multiple times on the body.
Police identified the suspect as the 26-year- Crispin Cervando, also a resident of the village.
The hacking happened around 10:30 p.m. on May 23 and police said it was due to misunderstanding.
Cervando fled after the incident. He was still at large as of this writing.
Gamer’s body, on the other hand, was brought to a local mortuary./PN
