SAPIAN, Capiz – A Sangguniang Bayan (SB) member here died in a road accident in Sitio Pirara, Barangay Poblacion on Saturday.
A speeding multicab hit SB member Conradlou “Nonoy Lou” Hondrado who was having his early morning bike exercise routine.
The Sapian municipal police station identified the multicab driver as 58-year-old Jose Tocol of Banga, Aklan.
Tocol surrendered to the Sapian police station./PN
