ILOILO City – At a computer shop in Barangay Concepcion, City Proper two young men had a scuffle.
The 20 year-old Reynan Pulmones, a resident of the bangay, sustained scratches on both hands.
He also showed to cops at Police Station 1 a swollen right ear and a bump on the forehead.
Pulmones, however, could only name his attacker by first name – “Vonryan.”
He told the police they had a misunderstanding that got out of hand.
The scuffle happened around 2:40 p.m. on Oct. 16.
As of this writing, the suspect’s whereabouts were unknown./PN
