BACOLOD City – A senior citizen was shot to death in Barangay Balintawak, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
The 63-year-old Bonifacio Gerarman died of gunshot wounds on the body, a police report showed.
According to the police, three unidentified motorcycle-riding men peppered Gerarman with bullets around 8 a.m. on Thursday.
Recovered from the crime scene were three empty cartridge of a .45-caliber firearm, the report added.
Officers of the Escalante City police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the shooting./PN
