ILOILO City – A 60-year-old carpenter got electrocuted in Barangay Lapayon, Leganes, Iloilo yesterday.
Resident Judy Alvero died of multiple burns to the body, police said.
According to initial investigation, the victim was pruning trees when he accidentally touched a live wire.
He was rushed to the Metro Iloilo Hospital and Medical Center in Jaro district were he was declared dead./PN
