BACOLOD City – Charged with sexual assault, a man was arrested in Barangay Tangub.
Police identified him as Joemarie Vargas, a resident of the village.
Vargas was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:46 a.m. on Jan. 6.
He was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 8.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P200,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
