BACOLOD City – One small sachet of suspected shabu was found by the police inside the pocket of a road mishap victim.
Ace Cogonon Cuevas, 25, a resident of Barangay Suba in Calatrava town, died after his motorcycle skidded around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday in Sitio Tabuguc, Barangay Patun-an in the town.
Superintendent Gil Flores disclosed that he found a matchbox inside Cuevas’ pocket. The matchbox contained a sachet of suspected shabu.
Cuevas was riding on a motorcycle driven by Bryan Villasario Gañeda, 25, of Barangay Macasilao in the town.
Gañeda did not have a driver’s license, police said./PN
