BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu worth P24,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Noel Licaros, 34, and ShinShin Mahinay, 20, of Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
Licaros and Mahinay were caught on Nov. 5 around 5:30 p.m., police said.
They allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P600.
Detained in the lockup cell of San Carlos City police station, the suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
