BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu valued at around P70,000 was recovered in a drug sting operation in Barangay Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Nine sachets of suspected shabu were seized from 27-year-old resident Jojie Porras, a police report showed.
The suspect was nabbed after she sold a sachet of illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P500 around 6:45 a.m. on July 17, the report added.
Porras was detained in the lockup facility of the Kabankalan City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
