SHARON Cuneta appears to have given her approval to her daughter Frankie Pangilinan’s rumored boyfriend Daniel Laurel, with the Megastar even poking fun at the news headlines about the pair.
Frankie, daughter of Cuneta with her senator husband Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, dedicated a birthday greeting to Laurel via her Instagram page on Tuesday, May 5.
The younger singer seemingly alluded to earlier reports about her relationship as she wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday to the rumored boyfriend of Frankie Pangilinan.”
The post included photos of the pair spending time at the beach, at the market, at an eatery, and at an event.
In the comments section, Cuneta also greeted Laurel, “Happy birthday to the alleged of my [second] baby! Love you!”
Laurel, in turn, said, “Thank you so much tita! Allegedly love you too.”
Frankie’s sister Miel Pangilinan sent a birthday greeting as well, calling Lauren “kuya, allegedly.”
While Frankie has yet to outright confirm their relationship, she appeared to have hard-launched Laurel on her Instagram page last April.
Laurel is a scion of the illustrious Laurel clan, being the great-grandson of former President Jose P. Laurel, and grandnephew of former Vice President Salvador “Doy” Laurel. This makes him related to the other Laurels in politics and show business, namely, Denise Laurel, Franco Laurel, Nicole Laurel, and Rajo Laurel, and even socialite Tessa Prieto.
