ILOILO City – Police confiscated a 12-gauge shotgun for a drunken man in Barangay Rombang, Belison, Antique.
The 38-year-old Ben Ballarta was detained at the Belison police station around 12:30 p.m. on Jan 17.
Fearful neighbors alerted the police about Ballarta.
Responding police officers subdued the suspect and discovered the shotgun to be unlicensed.
Ballarta faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
