BACOLOD City – Seventeen sachets of suspected shabu were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 2, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Dean Frederick Abellar, 41, of Barangay Mambulac, Silay City yielded the prohibited substance valued at around P34,000, a police report showed.
Prior to his apprehension, Abellar allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P500.
Policemen of Silay staged the entrapment operation around 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 23.
