BACOLOD City – In Barangay Camindangan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, a man was found dead.

Police identified him as the 37-year-old Allan Baquiran of Barangay Camindangan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.

Baquiran sustained gunshot wounds on the different parts of the body, a police report showed.

He was found near a road around 7 a.m. on Sunday.

Baquiran, along with his two children and cousin who the police only identified as “Torko,” went to Barangay Camindangan, Cauayan around 8 p.m. on Saturday for the annual village fiesta.

An unidentified person called Baquiran while the latter was binge drinking and singing with a videoke machine around 4 a.m. on Sunday, according to investigators.

Police were still investigating the death./PN
