BACOLOD City – A man accused of stabbing his neighbor surrendered at Bayawan City police station on Sunday.
Christian Angelo Rapol, 25, reportedly stabbed Norberto Yurpo, 40, in Sitio Napac-an, Barangay Nangka in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
Rapol stabbed Yurpo with an ice pick. The latter sustained multiple wounds on his body.
Yurpo was brought to Bayawan District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival./PN
