BACOLOD City – Two street-level drug suspects were caught in Barangay 33 on Monday evening, a police report showed.
They were Ariel Briones of Barangay Singcang-Airport and John Paul Corteza of Barangay 33, the report added.
Personnel from Police Station 6 led by Senior Inspector Wilfredo Benoman arrested Briones and Corteza after they allegedly sold shabu to an undercover officer.
Recovered from the suspects were eight sachets of suspected shabu, police said.
Briones and Corteza were detained at the Police Station 6 lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
