BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot three others in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

Police seized an improvised 12-gauge shotgun from the 48-year-old Richie Padayday.

Detained at the Talisay City police station lockup cell, the resident of Barangay Zone 12-A, Talisay City was facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Three people claimed a drunken Padayday threatened them on the evening of Jan. 18, said Superintendent Adonis Rosales, city police chief.

Rosales identified the complainants as Benjie Bandera, 25, and Rolando Rubino, 52, both of Barangay Pandanon, Salvador Benedicto, and Manolito Rubino, 38, of Barangay Zone 12-A, Talisay City./PN
