BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in Barangay 19.
The 31-year-old Noel Candido, a resident of Barangay Concepcion, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, is facing rape charges, police said.
Candido was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 12 noon on Feb. 22.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Talisay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
