BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated homicide, a man was arrested in Barangay Zone 7, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

Superintendent Adonis Rosales, Talisay City police chief, identified the man as the 23-year-old resident Rodel Vasquez.

Vazquez was arrested around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 45 in Bacolod City issued on Dec. 7, 2017.

Vasquez was detained at the Talisay City police station lockup facility.

The court recommended a P24,000 bail bond for Vasquez’s temporary liberty./PN
