BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental was stabbed.
Reynaldo Villarin was walking on in Hope Village, Barangay Cabatangan, Talisay City on Sunday a dog chased him.
He threw a rock at the dog. Unknown to him, Bonnel Bautista of Barangay Lantad, Silay City was almost hit, Talisay police said.
Bautista confronted Villarin and stabbed him on the stomach three times.
Villarin was taken to a private hospital here. Bautista fled and remains at large as of this writing./PN
