ILOILO City – An 18-year-old lad, the No. 1 most wanted in Iloilo Province, was arrested in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Calinog town, at around 11:38 a.m. on October 1.
According to the Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6), the suspect identified as alias “Tonton”, jobless, a resident of Calinog, is facing charges for three counts of rape by carnal knowledge.
He was collared by virtue of a warrant of arrest duly issued and signed at Janiuay, Iloilo, dated September 19, 2025, by operatives of the Calinog Municipal Police Station (MPS), the 1st and 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company, 601st Company, RMFB 6, Iloilo Police Provincial Office’s Provincial Intelligence Unit, and Anti-Kidnapping Group.
The suspect is presently under the custody of the Calinog MPS for proper disposition. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary freedom./PN
