BACOLOD City – Police arrested a theft suspect in Barangay Villamonte.
The 53-year-old resident Eduardo Montero was caught on Nov. 13 on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Fernando Elumba of Regional Trial Court Branch 42 on Sept. 23, 2016, a police report showed.
Montero was detained at the Police Station 4 lockup facility.
The court recommended a P34,000 bail bond for Montero’s temporary liberty./PN
