BACOLOD City – Police arrested a woman wanted for qualified theft.
Ma. Suzette Apoyon, 48, was hauled to the Police Station 10 lockup cell.
Officers served her warrants of arrest for criminal case numbers 16-43480, 16-43478 and 16-43475 in her house in Lucky Homes Subdivision, Barangay Handumanan on May 2.
Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 42 Judge Fernando Elumba issued the warrants for the first two criminal cases on Oct. 24 last year yet and recommended bail bonds of P32,000 and P42,000, respectively.
RTC Branch 49 Judge Manuel Cardinal Jr. issued the warrant for the third case on Nov. 4 last year and set the bail at P60,000./PN
