ILOILO — Three individuals, including a female passenger, were hospitalized after two motorcycles collided along the road in Barangay Napnapan Sur, Tigbauan, past 10 p.m. on Thursday, May 28.
Police identified the driver of the first vehicle, a Yamaha Mio, as alias “Rovie Mar,” 32, a resident of Barangay Napnapan Sur. The second motorcycle was driven by a 29-year-old student identified as alias “Rodulfo,” who was traveling with a female backrider identified as alias “Christine,” 32. Both Rodulfo and Christine are residents of neighboring Barangay Napnapan Norte.
According to Police Captain Alfred Mansoy of the Tigbauan Municipal Police Station, Rovie Mar was heading toward Barangay Napnapan Sur when the motorcycle driven by Rodulfo suddenly executed a turn, causing a direct collision.
