ILOILO City – A tricycle and truck collided in Barangay Tinocuan, Dueñas, Iloilo. A carpenter died while a 17-year-old boy was injured.
The casualty was tricycle passenger 53-year-old Loreto Lacsi of Barangay Purog, Dueñas. He died of severe head and body injuries.
The hurt teenager, Rogelio Pecache of Barangay Batuan, Dueñas, was confined at Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan town. He was also a tricycle passenger.
The collision happened around 1 p.m. on Saturday. Ernie Amit, 28, of Barangay Batuan, Dueñas was driving the motorcycle. He sustained slight injuries.
