ILOILO City – Accused of indiscriminately discharging a firearm, a resident of Barangay Mat-y, Miag-ao, Iloilo landed in jail.
The 51-year-old Ronnie Moreno was detained at the Miag-ao police station custodial facility after his arrest at around 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 1.
Moreno caused alarm among Mat-y residents when he fired his .38-caliber revolver twice, a police report stated.
He was facing charges for violation for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
