BACOLOD City – In Barangay Lumapao, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental two loan officers lost P14,000 worth of valuables to robbers on Dec. 1.
The victims, traveling on a motorcycle, were blocked by several men who declared a holdup around 10:30 a.m.
The robbery victims were Mary Joy Agojo, 23, loan officer of ASA Philippine Foundation Inc., and Abraham Lacson, 59, of Barangay Lumapao.
One of the robbers threatened to shoot the two if they won’t give up their backpacks.
The victims lost P12,000 cash; Samsung mobile phone worth P800; a Nokia cellphone worth P800; driver’s license and ASA passbook.
The robbers fled./PN
