VICTORIAS City – The No. 4 most wanted person here was arrested in Hacienda Binanlutan, Barangay 20.
Mike John Balladares, a 35-year-old resident of Barangay 20, was accused of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The arrest warrant was issued by Executive Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 69 (Silay City) on Sept. 6, 2021.
No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of Balladares, according to Police Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Corpuz, Victorias City police chief.
The serving of the arrest warrant at about 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 14 was jointly conducted by the Victorias City police and the Provincial Highway Patrol Team.
