BACOLOD City – A resident of Victorias City was arrested after he allegedly fired his gun while pacifying two persons on Tuesday on Rosario-Locsin Street, Barangay 32, Bacolod City.
Joebert Celeste, 29, of Barangay 10, Victorias City was taken to Police Station 1 lockup cell.
Investigation revealed that Celeste pacified a fight between Ma. Christina Cezar, 28, of Barangay 16, and a certain Victor. Cezar was allegedly mauled by Victor.
Celeste reportedly fired his gun, hitting Beverly Villas, 27, of Barangay 16. Villas, who sustained a wound on her knee, was brought to the hospital for treatment./PN
