ILOILO City – A drunken videoke bar customer from Barangay Balantang, Jaro district was accused of punching another customer.
Marvin Andales, 28, was arrested. He was detained at the Jaro police station.
Abcede Layague, a 39-year-old Negros Occidental native, told the police Andales attacked him at around 7 p.m. on Sunday at a videoke bar in Barangay Camalig, Jaro.
He was just hanging out when Andales approached and punched him twice, Layague said.
The complainant sustained a swollen right eye. He told the police he did not know why Andales would punch him.
Layague was referred to the West Visayas State University Medical Center on E. Lopez Street, Jaro./PN
