BACOLOD City – A man charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was arrested in Barangay Poblacion 2, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Police served a warrant of arrest to Ronnie Erbito Mangubat, 39, of the city’s Barangay Rizal around 4:21 p.m. on Dec. 9.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 73 denied bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Mangubat was detained at the Sagay City police station./PN
