BACOLOD City – Facing a homicide charge, a resident of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was finally arrested after 26 years in hiding.
Bernard Goniabo, 55, was caught in Barangay Zone 12-A, Talisay City, Negros Occidental around 8:45 a.m. on June 22, police said.
Judge Bernardo Ponferrada of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 42 here issued the arrest warrant in Dec. 7, 1995 yet.
