BACOLOD City – A court ordered the arrest of a watchman in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Jemar Santillan, 36, was charged with “rape with sexual assault”, a police report showed.
He was caught around 5:50 p.m. on Aug. 3 in his house in Sitio Cabaog-baogan, Barangay Prosperidad, San Carlos City.
Judge Eduardo Sayson of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 53 (Bacolod City) issued the arrest warrant on Feb. 20, 2020.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the San Carlos City police station./PN
