ILOILO City – A welder was electrocuted while working at the old Iloilo Provincial Jail being rehabilitated.
Rodelio Dabu Jr., 20, was a resident of Barangay Sta. Monica, Pampanga province. He was connected with J.S. Construction.
According to the police, the electrocution was accidental.
Around 9:45 a.m. on Sept. 28, Dabu was welding the ceiling of the jail that was being converted into a museum.
Colleagues rushed Dabu to the hospital. He died around 10:45 a.m./PN
