From cobblestone streets and magnificent facades to the grand columns of centuries-old cathedrals, every corner of Europe tells a story of artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship, blending together old-world charm, refined sophistication, and elegance that captivate the hearts and imagination of people around the world.

Capturing this distinct European vibe, property giant Megaworld is actively reimagining the allure of some of Europe’s most iconic cities within Iloilo Business Park.

Inspired by the beauty of European architecture

The excitement for Iloilo Business Park as a thriving residential district teeming with beautiful architecture began with the rise of residential row of towers showcasing Mediterranean and Spanish along Megaworld Boulevard. This was highlighted by Lafayette Park Square, which mirrored the beauty of majestic chateaus that dot the border of Spain and France. Sandwiching Lafayette Park Square are the contemporary architecture of One Madison Place and The Palladium.

Moving towards the inner portions of the township, one will be greeted by a pair of residential condo developments: the French-themed Saint Honore and the Parisian-inspired Saint Dominique, both standing 10-stories high. Also on the rise is the 20-story The Pinnacle, whose facade reflects a modern take and adaptation of the French concept “brise soleil” or sun breakers.

Saint Honore and Saint Dominique’s captivating beauty has truly redefined the allure and the appeal of residential complexes in Iloilo City.

Just last year, Megaworld introduced another iconic addition to the skyline of its award-winning township when it launched the 22-story Firenze Residences–a tribute to the great Italian city of Florence that brings the artistic soul of Tuscany to this thriving district.

Curated living spaces with Italian-inspired elegance

Firenze is the first residential tower in Iloilo Business Park to feature the Junior One Bedroom as the smallest unit layout, with additional options including Junior One Bedroom with Balcony (up to 34 square meters), One Bedroom with Balcony (up to 48 square meters), Executive One Bedroom with Balcony (51 square meters), One Bedroom Loft (up to 57 square meters), One Bedroom Loft with Balcony (up to 60 square meters), Two Bedroom (62 square meters), Two Bedroom with Balcony (up to 81 square meters), Two Bedroom with Deck (up to 90 square meters), Three Bedroom Loft (108 square meters), and Three Bedroom Loft with Balcony (132 square meters).

On the fifth level, top-notch amenities enhance the living experience. An Italian-inspired outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, serves as a serene oasis. Additional features include a children’s playground, an outdoor fitness area, and a symmetrical garden. Amenities extend to a pavilion for gatherings, a function hall with a dry pantry, a fitness center with a yoga room, a game room, a private dining room, and a daycare center, catering to modern families. Residents can also unwind in the outdoor lounge on the 21st floor, enjoying stunning views.

Set for completion in 2028, Firenze is ready to become another jewel in Iloilo Business Park’s crown.

Also shown in photo are (center to right) Jennifer Palmares-Fong, first vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Visayas; Edwin Valencia, art patron of ILOMOCA; and Joan Paulette Liboon, museum manager, ILOMOCA.
Italian Ambassador Davide Giglio enjoyed seeing how European architecture has become a prominent feature among many developments in Iloilo Business Park.
