BACOLOD City – For illegal gambling, two residents of Barangay Mandalagan were apprehended.
The 39-year-old Arnie Orbeña and 23-year-old John Rey Diaz were caught playing the illegal cards game uno around 5 p.m. on Nov. 2, a police report showed.
Recovered from their possession were a deck of playing cards and P80 bet money.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 3, facing charges for violating Presidential Decree 1602 that outlaws illegal gambling./PN
