ILOILO City – Two suspected mobile phones thieves were arrested.
Jerwin Locsin and Joseph Garrucho allegedly stole a P1,500 black MyPhone owned by Jamie Nalangay of Barangay Bo. Obrero, Lapuz district.
But a third suspect, a certain “Vannie,” managed to evade arrest around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Police were hunting him down.
The stolen mobile phone was not recovered.
Locsin and Garrucho were detained in the Police Station 1 lockup cell./PN
