CAPIZ – For violating the Revised Revenue Code of Capiz, the 4th Maneuver Platoon led by Platoon Leader PLT Aldrin D Talaban arrested two delivery trucks in Brgy. Dulungan, Pilar, Capiz last Sunday, March 27.
According to the Revised Revenue Code of Capiz, Article O. Section 20.01 paragraph (m) knowingly issuing to them fake, false tampered, or open dated delivery receipts, is a violation of the law.
Together with the Capiz Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, many individuals are supporting PLT Aldrin D Talaban to enforce the laws regarding Small Scale Mining in the Province of Capiz./PN
