ILOILO City – In Barangay PHHC Block 17, Mandurriao district, a 21-year-old man had been repeatedly shot.
Wilson Viaro Jr. sustained gunshot wounds on the stomach and taken to the Western Visayas Medical Center, a police report showed.
Police identified a suspect: one “Cheche” Granada.
Viaro was passing by the house of the suspect when shot around 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 2, the police report stated.
Police have yet to determine the motive in the attack and the firearm used as of this writing.
Officers launched a hot pursuit against the suspect, who fled on board a motorcycle, stated the report./PN
