BACOLOD City – Charged with kidnapping and serious illegal detention, three suspects were nabbed in separate police operations in Toboso, Negros Occidental.
The 46-year-old Rolando Flores and 45-year-old Eddie Destora were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Salamanca, Toboso, a police report showed.
Meanwhile, the 48-year-old Rolly Flores was arrested in his residence in Barangay Poblacion, Toboso, it added.
The suspects were apprehended around 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, police said.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the Regional Trial Court Branch 57 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental dated Aug. 29, 2019.
Rolando, Destora and Rolly were detained in the lockup facility of the Toboso municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for their temporary liberty./PN
