BACOLOD City – Thirty-one sachets of suspected shabu weighing about seven grams were seized in sting operation in Barangay Zone 3, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 38-year-old resident Rodolfo Pelle yielded the suspected illegal drugs valued at around P47,600, a police report showed.
Pelle was caught after he allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover cop for P500 around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 13, the report added.
The suspect – detained in the lockup cell of the Talisay City police station – faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
