ILOILO City – Four persons accused of theft were arrested yesterday in Barangay Magdalo, La Paz district.
They were Rosano Flores, 38; Joven Flor, 47; Romnick Flores, 23, and brother Romulo, 19, all residents of Barangay San Nicolas, La Paz.
They were caught by Lowel Gabayeron loading scrap metal in a tricycle around 10:30 a.m., police said.
