40 cops sent to Bacolod for MECQ duty

BACOLOD City – Forty police officers from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) in Western Visayas were deployed in this city to help enforced the modified enhanced community quarantine.

Lieutenant Colonel Ariel Pico, spokesperson of the Bacolod City Police Office, said the augmentation teams were deployed on Sept. 9 in the 35 outer and inner border control checkup points in this city.

Prior to their deployment, the teams were previously assigned in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, according to Pico.
