ILOILO City – For pelting stones at a house in Zone 3, Barrio Obrero, Lapuz district, a woman was hauled to the La Paz police station lockup cell.

It was not immediately known why Jessa Cordoza, 23, of Barangay South Mansaya, Lapuz was pelting stones at the house of Yvette Marie Panaguiton, 41.

Panaguiton and Linare Hocate, 36, placed Cordoza under citizen arrest around 8 p.m. on June 4, a police report showed.

Panaguiton told the police their steel gate and galvanized iron sheet roof were damaged. She estimated the cost at P30,000.

A minor was also hit by splinters of stone, Panaguiton added./PN
