ILOILO City – Four residents of Binalbagan, Negros Occidental were arrested for alarm and scandal in Barangay Rizal Pala-pala 2, City Proper yesterday.
The following were detained at Police Station 1 around 12:30 a.m.:
* Larry Sabanal, 22
* Jason Agustin, 25
* Jason Estaniel, 25
* Fernando Magbanua, 30.
The four men celebrated Sabanal’s birthday and got drunk, police said.
Concerned citizens alerted the police about the rowdy men all temporarily staying in Barangay Rizal Pala-pala 2./PN
